Tech Keskul ("we," "our," or "us") operates the PiKeskul mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Information Collection

To provide and improve our service, we collect several different types of information. Please note that we use Google Play Services and Firebase Crashlytics, which may collect information used to identify you, including device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to help us monitor app performance and stability.

Advertising

We use third-party Service Providers to show advertisements to you to help support and maintain our Service. This app uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to serve personalized ads based on your interests.

In-App Purchases

We offer premium features and subscriptions within PiKeskul. We use RevenueCat as our primary processor for subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat helps us ensure transparency and security in payment data handling; however, your actual financial transaction is handled by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store directly.

Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Your voting data and Elo ratings are stored in Firebase Firestore to maintain the competitive leaderboard and ensure the integrity of the game's ranking system. This data is essential for the functionality of the competitive environment.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Account Deletion & Data Retention

At PiKeskul, we believe you should have full control over your data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal information at any time.

How to Request Deletion: To initiate a data deletion request, please send an email to pikeskul@keskul.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

What Data Will Be Deleted: Upon processing your request, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:

Account Credentials: Your unique User ID and authentication profile.

User Profile: Your username, display name, and profile settings.

Battle Statistics: Your voting history, Elo ratings, and leaderboard rankings.

Subscription Data: Any records of active or expired trials and premium statuses.

Processing Time: We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 7 business days. Please note that once your account is deleted, this action is irreversible, and your progress cannot be recovered if you choose to sign up again in the future.
